Just saw an article regarding the attitude. Good attitude can make us 100 percent good.
Attitude, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, education, money, circumstances, failures, successes, what other people think or say of do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill.

Attitudes are composed from various forms of judgments. Attitudes develop on the ABC model (affect, behavioral change and cognition). The affective response is a physiological response that expresses an individual's preference for an entity. The behavioral intention is a verbal indication of the intention of an individual.

The cognitive response is a cognitive evaluation of the entity to form an attitude. Most attitudes in individuals are a result of observational learning from their environment. The link between attitude and behavior exists but depends on human behavior, some of which is irrational. For example, a person who is in favor of blood transfusion may not donate blood. This makes sense if the person does not like the sight of blood, which explains this irrationality.
When it comes to Human Resource Management and recruiting, in recent years hire for attitude became a well known mantra. Several commercial tests such as the LAB Profile, Nowhere is your positive attitude more required and appreciated by others than your workplace.

There are sound reasons for this: about 30% of an employee’s waking hours are spent at the workplace. Without some positive people around, this time could become troublesome.

Facebook users warned of 'secret crush' threat

BOSTON (MarketWatch) -- Internet security provider Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. issued a warning Saturday of a so-called malware threat to users of social-networking site Facebook.

The Tel Aviv-based maker of software to secure networks against intrusions said "secret crush" is a new software program distributed through Facebook which allows third-party software vendors to plug applications into the Web site.

According to Check Point, the threat spreads by sending Facebook users a note that a friend has a "crush" on them. The user is asked to download an application, which leads to an adware application.

When opening unknown attachments, people are more likely to be exposed to "phishing" scams that can put deceptive and harmful programs or files, or malware, on their computer operating systems.
