2 THINKINGS!!!

Today, I got 2 thinking.

1 thinking is I want to train up my tech, so that he can handle all the things that previous tech (had resigned) left over. This is a very good time to train him. I had changed my working style when dealing with him. Previously, I always scare him cannot handle this, cannot handle that. So, I will give him the solution or how I will handle it. Just give all out my idea and ask him to do it. He is like the executor.

But now, I just give tips to him only. I will ask him deep questions. Sometime, I will just pass the project to him and tell him what result I want to see. Let him handle it totally. I did told him that I want to train in up. But, I donno if he can feel my “hard work” or not, or he just see he as I am very lazy, everything also asking him to settle. Anyhow, I don’t care, and I cannot do much things. This is the method that I think is very useful and can help him faster. Sometime, spoon feed is needed, but not always spoon feed. Else, he will think that is your job to spoon feed him. Hope he will understand me..

2nd thought, my friend just came and told me about 1 financial plan. It was related to a type of investment that will have the passive income each month. Sound interesting, right? Ya.. I also thinking of that.. now, I am planning how to collect the money, so that I can materialize it asap.. money money, here I come…. What is the investment plan?? I cannot expose too much here… Else, every people will follow…

Today, I feel disappointed also. I wanted to share my investment plan to someone. I want to tell her how are we going to do it and what we need to achieve it. But, she just told me that she is tired, don’t want to use brain.. bullshit.. don’t want to use brain. Don’t use brain, go away lar. Stay here for what? I want people that have brain. Brain brain brain…. As I always say, use your head, not your ass to think!!!! Inside head got what? Grass ar? Of cause is brain lar… what else.. damn it…

Share Market!!

Recently, I am study hard to understand the share market. This is because I got the feeling that now is the time to go into the market. Thanks to my friend that always sending some materials to me.. But, there are too many materials already.. Donno how to finish them. 3 articles that more than >500 pages, 3 books that more than 1000 pages (I guess.. haha. I haven't touch on them yet).

Previously, I always looking on other peoples facebook or what ever blogs. I always saw them visiting around, eating good stuff in branded restaurant. I always wanted to ask them where they got all those money. As I know, their salary is not so high. Somemore, got house and car loan. And now, I know.. I realise many of them actually "swimming" around in stock market. Most of the time, they earn money from stock market. That's why they got this money to visiting. I want to become one of them. Today in the meeting, our CEO just told us,

"Don't worry about becoming copycat, as long as it works. Just follow the success people. It will makes you getting your dreams faster".

It is true. They all went to the share market and gain the money. Why can't I copy them and gain some? Of cause, before entering there, I need to get some knowledge for survival. Else, will DIE HARD...

OK OK. Continue study...... The earlier I finish it, the earlier I can start gaining.. kekekeke....

The Secret

Well... Today, I feel happy... My old friend called. I didn't espect him to call me. Actually, he called me is to inform me that he not able to attend my event. At first, I was a bit dissapointed. After that, I feel happy that at least he called and tell me. It is better than those "let aeroplane" on the actual day. haha.. We talked for a while about our life, jobs... He asked me, if I regret leaving old company (which we met there) and join a small company. I would him that I felt both. Sad is because the benifits is a big gap compare to previous company. Happy is I can learn new things here, and sometime doing things my way. This can only be done in small company...

Oh ya.. Why the title for this post is "The Secret"? This is because yesterday, I was telling my darling that I feel isolated, not much friends here. Morning go work, meeting with 4 colleges only. When off work, meeting with my gf. that's all. Weekend, staying at home, watching drama, cook at home, sometime even call McD delivery. So, very seldom "dealing" with people. haha. At night, I was thinking that probably is time to go out meet some people. And this morning, I got his phone.

You see, The Secret really works. You just need to concentrate and believe in it. And it will bring whatever you want to you. For those who haven't get a chance to read this book. Better start it.

sleepless night...

Recently, I can't really have a good sleep. I donno why. As always, I sleep sleep around 12am. But i will suddenly wake up at 5 something and can't sleep anymore. hmmmm.. what's wrong with me??

Pressure at work?? I don't think so. I got a lovely boss that always give support (is he, not she, okey??) ; good technician that listen to me (haha, I think one day, I am going to train him to become my successor, or at least my left right hand); pretty girl that I love (sometime don't love when kena marah. Hopefully, she didn't see this. haha). So, what causing me sleepless? i donno..

This morning, I wake up so so early ( I didn't check the time). And I can't continue sleep. After waking up, nothing to do, just roll roll and roll till 7.30am and go online. Today mood is so so only. So, i listen to the Sun yan zi's album.. wow, is a very good album.. specially honey honey... love the lyris inside.. Normally, I don't listen a full album. But today, i had finished the album. The songs insde really suit my mood today.... Sun yan zi... i support you...

Talking about her. I start to know her when I was in school. That time, she was just a small star, and just win her first award (forgot what award that time). My coursemate (he is staying downstair and I am upstair) and I are her trully fan. You know, pretty girl, can sing, bla bla bla.... She is our queen that time. When she came out any new album, we sure will go search for it in the internet (sorry girl, we are really poor during school time). That time really enjoy. haha...
All these years, things changed. And now, she is a superstar. Everybody knows her well.. my coursemate had married, and working in different place. And we seldom met already, and seldom talk about her ... "Silent All These Years" (a very good song that I am listening now)..

Come back to the topic. Why sleepless? I donno...

Rotary Club, is this your member???

I am not sure that how this Rotary club function. I guess that Rotary club member should be an understanding person, very polite, always thinking or want to help people.. all this should be in the rotary club members' heart.

But, i have a upstair neighbor which claimed to be rotary member (because I saw his car got the rotary plate there). This neighbor is a troublesome fat guy with family. Every weekend, 7.30am, he will ask his maid to wash the master room toilet. and the clumsy maid always drop things which washing. As a result, those live under his unit will be suffer lar... Can you imagine, every Saturday and Sunday, starting 7.30am, things starting to drop to the floor. It is like a nightmare, man.... Somemore, the maid had a very strong bone in her leg (I guess can compare with the wolverane). U can feel her walking sound!!!! dong.. dong.. dong... dong.... What the hack!!!! dong dong here, after few minutes, dong dong there... shit... i guess she is a fat maid.. or she had been trained with some special skills, like kicking people ass, or marathon winner, or super runner...... i donno...

tell you what... i now start to study what is their activities now. I am not purposely want to study them. But they make me to study this family by hearing their foot sound.... from what time to what time, foot sound from where to where. Where the maid sleep, where is the fat guy sleep, which side of his wife sleep, where is his drawer, cabinet, table, clock, lamp, are there open aircon that night, what time they going to sleep, when they all go out.... wow.. I guess one day, i can use this study and get a PhD. Probably, writing a book and become the best seller in my country...

So fat short ass on the top, if u got chance to read this, please understand people on the bottom.. ask your maid to do things in the soft way. How soft is it? use your head to think!!! Put your feet in other people's shoes, and feel it..... do you feel happy if your top floor do this to you like you do this to your lower floor??? THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!!

money does matter. if u did go to the Mercedes website, you can observed there are tons of technology that embedded inside this car. but, if you really want that, all you need is $$. the more you pay, the more you get.

Also, if you really wanna order a Benz, there is a program that able you to go Germany and collect it yourself. there, you can have a change to visit their factory, observed how your benz were assembled. i think not much car manufacturer giving out this chance to their customer. Very good experience...

He said giant corporations like Intel were not moving from Penang to Kulim as suggested in some blogs.

“They (bloggers) are just being ignorant. They do not know the real picture. Perhaps they only know half or three quarters of the real story,” he told newsmen during the Chinese New Year open house at the Penang Deve-lopment Corporation (PDC) here yesterday.

Dr Koh said the Intel plant in Penang was strengthening its research and development and design capabilities while the plant in Kulim focused on the production line.

“This is what we want. We want to create more high-end jobs in Penang. The plant in Kulim is suitable for production,” he said.

Dr Koh said Penang's aim was to create more high-end jobs for its people, as such jobs helped increase earning power.

“When a factory wanted to set up a solar panel manufacturing plant in Penang, we suggested that they set up their operations in Kulim because such plants need a large space.

“For Penang, we focus more on global service, not only in manufacturing but also e-commerce and other services that require skilled high-end workforce. This is a good thing, because it means more pay,’’ he added.

THE world's biggest chipmaker, Intel Corp, is set to cease operations at its Cyberjaya office by the middle of the year.

Business Times has learnt that two batches of staff are set to leave the company by March and June respectively this year, and the office will close by July.

The Cyberjaya office, which was opened in 2001 within the Multimedia Super Corridor, houses Intel's software development operations and was believed to have close to 200 people on its payroll.

Sources say the bulk of the Cyberjaya employees had already left late last year.

"The company is expected to hand over the rented premises of Intel MSC Sdn Bhd at Jalan Usahawan by July to the landlord," an industrialist said.

Last year, the company, which had taken up rental space at Hotel Equatorial Penang, also pulled out from the premises after operating from the site at Bukit Jambul for over a year.

Intel Malaysia corporate affairs manager Loo Cheng Cheng when asked to comment on the Cyberjaya closure said: "Intel, like any other large company, continuously optimises its resources globally in line with our business needs.

"We do not discuss the specifics of any action we may take by country or business unit. Our commitment to Malaysia remains strong and Malaysia remains to be very important to Intel," Loo said.

When asked on the progress being made in expanding Intel's test and assembly facilities in Kulim, Kedah, Loo said Intel's facility in Kulim is on track to start its assembly and test operations in the second half of 2008.

Intel Kulim was established in 1995 as a manufacturer of motherboards. Today the site is engaged in the assembly of processor packaging as well as being a key operations centre for mobile modules.

The site employs over 4,000 employees at present.

Loo did not indicate how many new people would be hired once the Kulim facility is ready except to say that "there will be movement of skilled resources to help with the start-up as well as hiring of new employees".

It is learnt that once the new facility is up-and-running, Intel is likely to deploy some of its Penang employees to Kedah and may also relocate its chipset manufacturing activities from the island to the Kulim High Tech Park where Intel's facilities are located.

Industry sources say this movement is likely to see a marked reduction of Intel's workforce in Penang this year.

The Penang site currently has over 5,000 employees.

民主行动党新秀黄泉安周五向媒体披露，新海峡时报于2月14日的财经新闻第32版上报导，英特尔迁往居林高科技园区之事已是箭在弦上，届时，将有5000员工受到波及，势必重击槟州经济。针对此事，他特地向其他媒体求证，并也获得一样的答案，故此，他促请许子根在上京前，尽快给予槟州人民一个交代。

他说，不久前英特尔将赛城的研发部关闭，共有250名员工受影响；日前，它们又关闭了设在槟城贵都酒店内的办事处，种种迹象充份显示出英特尔撤离槟扛7b的日子已经不远了。

“这几年来不断有外资撤离槟州，使到州内经济日渐萎缩。我之前曾经公开指出英特尔打算离开槟岛迁至居林，但，吴竟诚州议员却在1月30日向记者表示，我只是在信口开河，英特尔是不会离开槟城的。无论如何，事实胜于雄辩，现在英特尔离开在即，州政府将会怎样处理实在值得我们忧心。”

黄泉安说，槟城的经济从高处跌倒谷底。之前我们输给新加坡，现在又输给吉打，竞争力节节败退，叫槟城人情何以堪？

他继续透露，州政府告诉人民，槟城的经济正在从劳力密集的工业转型至高科技产业，可是，事实上果真如此？

“据悉，英特尔打算在中国大连开新厂制造65纳米的晶片，这个技术被认为是目前量产过程中采用的最先进技术之一。相对的，槟城厂目前生产的却是300毫米晶片，技术足足落差了10年。由此看来，外资不是在槟城将产业转型，而是撤离东方花园！”

“如果要选民再投国阵一票，许子根是否能够保证5年内不再会有外商撤资？同时国阵政府能不能确保槟州工业发展不会是惠及外劳就业，而是真正让国内智慧型员工受惠？”

黄泉安认为，国阵已黔驴技穷，人民一定要看清事实的真相，不能再将槟州所托非人，否则未来槟城的前景将会暗淡无光，在国内外都无法与人竞争。

Alert... Volvo cars recall due to a rust problem that could lead to the vehicle's engine stalling.......

Looks like Volvo's bad recall news we told you about Wednesday got worse. Reuters is reporting that Volvo will recall 360,000 cars, not 170,000 we said in the previous post.

According to the official NHTSA-ordered recall, Volvo will install new software to fix speed controls on the recalled cars. Models affected include the 1999-2002 V70, and C70 coupes and convertibles; the 2001-2002 S60; the 1999-2000 S70 and V70XC; 1999-2001 S80; and the 2001 XC70. The recall number is 06V441000.

Reuters reports that Volvo spokesman Christer Gustafsson said the automaker has fixed the speed control problem on about 165,000 vehicles of the recall total after sending out notices to owners in March.

BOSTON (MarketWatch) -- Internet security provider Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. issued a warning Saturday of a so-called malware threat to users of social-networking site Facebook.

The Tel Aviv-based maker of software to secure networks against intrusions said "secret crush" is a new software program distributed through Facebook which allows third-party software vendors to plug applications into the Web site.

According to Check Point, the threat spreads by sending Facebook users a note that a friend has a "crush" on them. The user is asked to download an application, which leads to an adware application.

When opening unknown attachments, people are more likely to be exposed to "phishing" scams that can put deceptive and harmful programs or files, or malware, on their computer operating systems.

today, just hear from my manager that the index component in whole world is dropping..... what happen?? is the economy down turn is coming?? oh no, i am planning to buy house.. will it effected? after reach home, i faster go online and find some info on it. Oh.... looks like the is not economy down turn. it is because the world biggest bank's (Citigroup) big boss (CEO) resign... this has causing the chain reaction. most of the sector are affected. wow, his resign can effect the whole world... if i were him, donno what will happen to me.. hehe.. high position, high paid.... maybe, i will buy many houses for rent, or be the house developer... hehe....

saw an accident

today, i saw an accident. this accident causing a car to be scratches. a bus went to close to the car. then, it cratches side of the car. whole right of the car was scratched. and the side mirror was broken. after that, the bus kilang driver the stop aside and wait for the operators.... the owner is not in the car. pity the car owner... it should be very hurt when he/ she comes out, sawing his car being scratched.......

ai... ding, ding, ding, ding. what sound is that? i had been figuring out this for weeks. finally, found out that there is a damn stupid idiot owner setting up his damn idiot aircon without proper planning and let the water that coming out from the aircon just drop like that. the water hitting the neighbor ceiling and causing the ding ding ding sound. comon man. use your head. where is your brain?? at your butt?? otak udang? plan properly where you wanna drop the water. see below got any ceiling there? will it create a disturbance to others or not?

if we still remember, the economy down was hit around 10 years ago. last year, already hear people saying that the economy down turn will be coming back end of this year. all people need to be prepared. But, how come many people still buying house, changing new cars, spending money like burning papers?? why? don't they donno that the economy crisis 10 years cycle is around the corner. recently, at the PISA property fair, there are many many housing projects launching. people are asking for price and loan as well. hey, you guys out there? you really planning to buy the house? or you just wanna do investment -- buy during launching and sell it during complete. do you know that if the economy hits suddenly, you all are going to be in financial trouble. eh, no problem one, is only rumors nia. all people are doing this, u don't follow, is your stupidity lar. really? is ok one, really hit ar, just sell it lor, or maybe broke onli mar.... "after 10 years, will become a goodguy again". usually, when i use the same road coming back from FIZ to town, it will be jam badly. But, today --> no jam at all. weird.... think man.. think!!!! at last, i found out. today, the penang blog website cannot access. no video shown on the website. i think most of the people tot that the bridge jam till the video cannot shown on the website. all using the jalan yap choi yee. no jam at this road... good....

hey, don' stay here. very bad location. low cost house living with those low cost people. don't you feel like that? we pay for the security guard for sleeping everyday, or drink beer till sleep. almost every month, there will be cases happened, thieves. Stealing what? house breaking, tyre rims and many more... hey, u think your daddy is Dato? is menteri? if yes, u won't stay here, right? use your head!! so, do your job with responsible mindset. everyday, all the lift people are suffering on the peeing by somebody inside the lift... oh no, what a smell!! all the people need to use this lift lar.. if your house don't have toilet, go to longkang, go outside... not inside the lift.. u are not a dog. you are not a cat, (or maybe you are, that's y u doing this)... please control your "bird". don't let it fly out in the lift!!!! Previously, i saw there was a housing project at balik pulau worth RM250k. thinking of wanna buy it. but, scare later cannot afford and also damn far from FIZ. recently, at PISA, that housing price goes up to RM290k. This mean that i oredi lost RM40k vitually. is this reason good enough??
